Front left dual burner does not regulate - stays on high regardless of knob position. Is this the correct part for replacement?

If this does not take care of the issue, we would recommend replacing the Surface Element, part number FIX4240841. Our cooktop on light stays on. You used to be able to wiggle the far left switch on front of range to get it to turn off. It's the one that controls the 2 burner. Is the replacement for this 01006A?
