Augar would not transfer ice out the dispenser. Loud clunking noise.
Emptied old ice bucket, washed new ice bucket and sugar. Poured ice into new bucket, slipped the new bucket in place and DONE!! Months after first trying replacing parts the ice maker now works Perfectly just like when the Fridge was new.

broken auger driver cup
read reviews about the same problem and took their advise that it would be cheaper and way faster to just buy the whole unit.I did and it took me longer to open the package then to install the part.I can't say enough on how great this site promptly process and ship your order

Not properly feeding or crushing ice.
Just bought the entire assembly (auger and ice bucket ) and replaced old unit. Not worth the hassle to take apart and maybe luck out that I made right diag.

Ice maker and ice delivery system not working
Replacement of the ice maker could not have been easier. Removal of one screw, unplug from system, slide out and discard the old one. Installation of the new one only required that I use the water delivery funnel from the old ice maker. It was a simple swap of a plastic piece. Slide the ice maker onto the mounting posts and tighten screw. Plug into system and turn on. The ice delivery system was a simple swap of the bucket and auger assembly. Ice is now being made and delivers crushed or cubes as needed.
