Microwave quit heating food: no light, no turntable, no fan; display functioned normally.
I removed the cover to the unit, which required a regular Phillips screwdriver and a T-20 H Torx screwdriver for the tamper-resistant screws. The schematic for the unit was found in an envelope inside. Using a multimeter, I isolated the problem to the "lamp relay" and determined from information on the schematic that PCB replacement was r equired. The PCB was delivered next day from this site Replacement of the PCB required removing the two Phillips screws holding the board, and disconnecting several connectors--most of which had unique locking devices. The schematic had a brief checkout procedure for the new board, which worked perfectly. Assembly was in reverse order of disassembly. (The unit was 2 1/2 years old. I judge the relay to be undersized for its job, hence the early failure. Other complaints on this site seem similar.)
