Agitator loose and rattling, clothes not getting clean
1) unplug washing machine 2) remove fabric softener cup lid by pulling straight up 3) remove fabric softener cup 4) remove agitator nut seal by grasping tab with ppliers and pulling straight up 5) remove nut then pull dual action agitator straight up. 6) install new dual action agitator by pushing straight down 7) reinstall nut 8) reinsta ll nut seal 9) reinstall fabric softener cup 10) reinstall fabric softener cup lid 11) plug washing machine back in to outlet 12) wash clothes...done.
