Evaporator fan bearing problem causing fan blade to break
Initial disassembly and reassembly went quickly, When replacing the evaporator fan, lift the tension ring to the end to ensure the fan will slip completely to the stop notch. If the fan is not completely on the shaft it will rub and not function properly resulting in repeating the repair process.
