End cap broke when refrigerator door was opened.
Opened refrigerator door. Inserted back of left end cap into opening and pushed down until top of end cap clip cleared the top of the slot provided for clip and then pulled end cap up until it snapped into place. Inserted right end cap including the bar that extends between the end caps using the same procedure. Inserted tab on left e nd cap into bar and job was completed.

Plastic Clip which holds shelf on door broke
One I received the new one, just took old bracket off shelf, slid new part on and then down and the job was done

Broken door shelf end cap
Simply remove the bar, remove the broken end cap and replace with the new one. re-install the shelf bar by inserting both ends and snap into place.
