Turntable motor died.
Step 1) disconnect power.
Step 2) remove bottom panel (8 philips head screws).
Disconnect the motor and the light.
Step 3) clean all the grease off this panel because it will be
gross.
Step 4) test the motor for continuity to be sure that is the
reason for the t urntable not turning. No continuity
means new motor.
Step 5) remove and replace motor (2 philips screews). Plug
in motor and light.
Step 6) restore power, test, replace lower panel. Done
