bottom frame inside refrigerator supporting 2 drawers was broken
remove the drawers, gently lift out the broken shelf, carefully remove glass cover. Plastic guards beneath glass cover were the only tricky part. Carefully note how there are in the broken piece then make sure to install in new assembly the same way. Note that the clips on the plastic guards must fit over the notches on the assembly. Gently pull assembly at the notches to allow plastic guards to slip into place. Once in place, return the glass cover to top of assembly, replace in refrigerator and install the drawers.

Replaced cracked frame
Took out the glass, took out crisper drawers, took out the frame and removed the crisper covers. The hard part was putting the crisper covers back in. I called LG and they were no help! Finally got them in. It looks great!

Crisper cover frame was broken in several places which caused the crisper drawer to not open/ close properly
Emptied the food from the crisper shelf and removed the crisper drawers. The shelf came out in several pieces. Removed the glass shelf incert and the plastic crisper liners and reinstalled the into the near shelf frame. The glass shelf needed some gentle persuasion to fit into the shelf recess. Slid the shelf back into the refrigerator an d put the shelf support and the crisper drawers back in place. Reloaded the food and was done in less than 15 minutes without the need for any tools. Nice!
