When replacing dryer vent hose found limit switch had "popped" out of socket and burned open.
Disconnected power to dryer. Disconnected the two push-on connectors to old high limit switch. Used nutdriver to remove the two screws on the housing of the old high limit switch. One of the wires that connected to old switch needed a male (or spade) wiring connector to attach to new limit switch. I cut off old terminal from one wire,

stripped about 3/4" insulation and installed supplied spade wire connector. I crimped the connector to the wire using a wire connector crimper. Installed new limited switch in proper location with two original screws using nutdriver and attached the two wires. Installed back panel to dryer and checked operation. Repair complete. .
