Very difficult getting the broken parts removed.
The rivet holding the parts in took much effort to remove and one broke Used a flat head screwdriver to force out the broken part, but the rivet did not come out. Had to use a knife to try to pry off the rivet. The old rivet was flayed out and had to use a needlenose plyers to try to fit it in place. One rivet broke completely and had to use a small screw and nut to hold the part in place. This was a 2 person job. I would strongly suggest that the rivet be sent with the shelf hook along with more professional instructions. Is there a tool that would force out the wedge holding the rivet?

Shelf Hooks Were Broken
Took pliers torn off old rivet head, push out old rivet, put in left hook, stuck rivet in hole braced it and drove it and center part of rivet in flush with rivet head with hammer, done, repeat for right side. Worked just fine.
