Screw handle for vice
Put in proper model number that they had listed and the part was half the size needed. Not even close. Then they want you to pay for the return postage, which is what the part cost. Lousy!!!

Threaded part of the spindle was broken.
Verified the new assembly matched thread on the original vise, used the hacksaw to make a groove in the proper location for the lock ring to match up with my vise. Lubricated the parts, assembled and now I have another good vise.
