does this come with lever and spring inside of the spindle?

Do you carry a main bearing for where the center shift rotates? The motor started to spark while using. I disassembled the edger & the shift is loose. You can shake it inside the motor assembly. Is it worth repairing? This is the only # I can find on the back of the case, near the big rear wheels!! Thank you
