Product Description

This is a genuine replacement lever for a string trimmer. The lever regulates the amount of line that is fed from the auto-feed spool. This part is prone to wear, and will eventually stop the line from feeding out, creating an entanglement of line around the trimmer head. To replace this part, line up the opening on the new lever with the mounting post on the trimmer head, making sure the metal tab on the lever is facing away from the trimmer head. Now press the new lever onto the post until it snaps into place securely.

My auto feed spool doesn’t let out the line automatically. I have to manually let the line out. How do I get the auto spool to start working again?
