Bellows that puffs air at work piece to keep it clean rotted away
Make sure you disconnect the air line from the side of the unit. Unscrew bellows cover, remove bellows and re install new one. I found a dab of mineral oil helps it slide on the flange better. Re attach everything and you're ready to go. This repair was for a discontinued Hitachi (model CW-40) 16 inch scroll saw. No parts are available f or it anymore. It turns out the Porter Cable Model PCB37055 parts list is very similar and some parts are interchangeable. The bellows is one of those parts.
