I ran 3 yr old splitter with bleed valve shut, then realized!.
I now get only enough pressure to run the ram half way (with no log)
What's first thing that goes wrong? .
Should I start with ram valve assembly?

When I push the green button on the log splitter, it just makes a noise like it’s going to work, but doesn’t actually move my father gave this to me as a gift a few years ago and really didn’t use it too much but I have a lot of what I need to split now and I can’t seem to get it to work. He told me that there was a long screw that went through the back of it that it wouldn’t run if it wasn’t in there as a safety feature and there is no screw there now, so I’m wondering if the key fell off somewhere and if that’s why it’s not working or if I could do some thing else to get this to start I’d really like to get some use out of it. Thank you
