This picture shows two different items, one is partial and one is the full assembly, which one is it?

Does this include the valve, both solenoids and the hose that goes to the diffuser? Your other picture of a single valve made me unsure. Also are these the CEME solenoid or the Ulka?

Pulled pins holding pressure lines and inbound water line, removed rubber seals and placed over tips of pressure & water inbound connections. Removed two screws & carefully working the old unit out.
