Does this include the valve, both solenoids and the hose that goes to the diffuser? Your other picture of a single valve made me unsure. Also are these the CEME solenoid or the Ulka?

No steam or hot water dispensing
Removed top cover, removed back cover & unscrewed water port connector from back cover. Pulled pins holding pressure lines and inbound water line, removed rubber seals and placed over tips of pressure & water inbound connections. Removed two screws & carefully working the old unit out. Installed new unit in reverse steps.
Note: impor tant step to place rubber seals on all lines so they properly seat. You must reuse old seals as they do not come with new part.

Not getting any pressure reading on pressure gauge and very noisy
plenty of videos on replacing the solenoid and OPV valve. After replacing both I got some pressure reading but not enough, so I clean/rinse out the hose that goes into the pressure gauge as well ( had some build up). That help a bit but still wasn't reaching into the espresso range. Next, I tried different Burr and Grind settings, the com bination that work for me is Burr setting at 4 and Grind setting at 3. Now water flow and crema are ideal.
