Magnetic door switch and magnet were replaced. Open door alarm sounds after the door is closed. Inside light does not light when opening door. The bulb will light if a magnet is placed near the magnetic switch. Is this a control board problem?

Thank you for your question. The reed switch at the bottom of the refrigerator is an electrical switch that is operated by a magnetic field. If the light is not turning on inside the freezer, check and see if the magnet on the bottom of the door and the switch are aligned properly.
