This is a temperature sensing mechanism. It can sense the rise in evaporator temperature during a defrost cycle and cycles the defrost heater off after all frost is melted from the coils.

It can sense the rise in evaporator temperature during a defrost cycle and cycles the defrost heater off after all frost is melted from the coils. Whereas, a heat exchanger, part number FIX2332236, is a system used to transfer heat between a source and a working fluid. Heat exchangers are required to provide heating or cooling to meet a process requirement. We hope this helps!
