Ice Maker stopped working - Rubber Elbow on top of fridge sprayed water
The rubber elbow on top split due to an ice blockage in the line, which also stopped water from getting to the ice maker.

1. Turn off water to the fridge using the main water valve (ours was under the sink.)

2. Remove the ice maker tray, remove the plastic side panel on the left of the opening, unplug the power conn ection, and remove the ice maker assembly.

3. Remove the back panel on the INSIDE RIGHT SIDE of the fridge. There are a few slots that you need to depress using a flathead screwdriver to get this panel off.

4. Remove the Ice maker water line from the main valve (should be tan colored. Make sure you don’t remove the other line).

5. Pull the rubber elbow and disconnected tubing out from the top of the fridge.

6. Feed the new tubing/rubber elbow in through the top of fridge and connect the tubing to the main valve.

7. Reassemble everything, turn the water back on, and you are good to go!
