Hi Kelly, thank you for the question. If your dryer does not blow hot air, first, check the thermal for continuity. One of the most common reasons your tumble dryer decides to blow out cold air instead of hot is, rather ironically, because it has overheated. Manufacturers have a legal requirement to ensure that when your dryer gets too hot, there is some form of control in place to prevent it from catching fire. This is where your thermal overload cut-out comes into play. It is designed to stop working if your dryer gets too hot. Reset your dryer. If it does not help, it is likely you will need to replace one of the thermostats, part number FIX12073908, FIX11772030, or FIX11759043. If you have a multimeter, check resistances from one terminal to the other on these thermostats. Make sure to unplug the two wires going to each of these devices before testing them. They should have less than 1-ohm resistance. If either of them has open lines or more than 1-ohm resistance, replace them. Also, remove the element and check the resistance of the element.
