The triple burner no longer worked
Finally after the third one arrived not broken in shipment I got it replaced, It's rather easy to replace, but it is fairly fragile. You need to turn the circuit breaker off before you do anything, There are two screws, one on each upper corner where the door closes, remove these two screws and slowly pull the top ceramic back towards you , only about four inches, there will be two wiring harnesses that you need to disconnect to release the top. Find a flat surface and remove the burner top and lay it upside down on it. You will now see a metal heat shield covering the burners, this is held on by 4 screws, remove them and lift off the heat shield off and turn it over as to remove the defective burner, I took a picture with my cell phone so it would show the wiring routing, unplug the wires carefully they are very tight. the burner is held in place with small clips. Release the clips and transfer them to the new burner. Just follow the hole placement that's numbered,39 clip goes in hole number 39. Reverse the removal and all should work....

burned out element
Watched a youtube video on the exact model before ordering parts from part select. Very simple repair. Anyone who can use a phillips screwdriver and needlenose pliers can make this repair for the cost of the part saving the expensive service call charge. There seems to be a youtube for just about everything these days!
