Product Description

If your dishrack is difficult to roll in and out of your dishwasher, you may need to replace the rollers. This dishrack roller is a genuine OEM part that is gray in color and made of plastic. The assembly comes with two rollers on a supporting bracket. The part is used to support the dishrack on the rails and allows the rack to smoothly roll in and out of the dishwasher. If the rollers have become damaged or jammed, they will need to be replaced. When replacing this part, you will need to remove the upper rack from your dishwasher.

Top Rack Repair
As a whole, the top rack repair, which included this part, was very simple. However, I will say that is because of the videos that were available. There are no instructions of any sort included with this part, and I would probably have ended up breaking my dishwasher further trying to figure how to install the parts. So kudos to whoever at Fix.com thought to add the videos to the website. It did make this a truly simple fix. I would recommend Fix. com as a first source of parts for anything the customer might need.
