The right Rack Adjuster was broken and could not be raised
First removed the middle rack from the dishwasher. Removed the six or so Torx head screws holding the two sides of the adjuster to the right side of the rack and simply replaced the new parts in reverse order - couldn't have been simpler. Turns out I probably could have gotten by with just replacing the Right Side Adjuster but I wanted to make sure I had everything the first time. Also, the Rack Adjuster Stabilizer apparently is used only on the left side, so it was an extra part I didn't need.
