The top rack came off the track. One of the wheels broke.
I pinched the end cap on the rail and removed it. then I popped the broken wheel off with an electrical skinny screwdriver and then pushed while prying with the same screwdriver to snap the new one on. Then slid wheel back in the track replace the end cap and that's it.

Broken wheel on carriage
On the front of the track is a stop. To remove it pull out on the tab and remove from the track, do this on both the left and right track. Pull carriage out from tracks. Set the carriage on the counter. To replace the roller press on the retaining dog and twist it either CW or CCW, depending on witch side you are working on.This will free it from the carriage. Replace the new one by reversing instructions, insert carriage into washer, replace both stops and your good to go. I did all four rollers in less than 5 minutes.

Broken Roller on upper tray
removed and snapped new one in place. It took about 10 seconds.
