2 Tinerow Clips broke so that the tinerow would not stay up by itself.
I followed the video instructions for the repair which, by the way, was very easy to follow. The only issue was removing the old clips. The plastic was old and it took a lot more force to pop the tinerow out of the clips and remove the clips from the basket than implied in the video. Note: The repair was for a short 2 clip tinerow - the video shows the repair for a three clip tinerow.

Replace Tinerow clip.
The most important thing to remember is to place the movable rack through the clip before attaching to the upper rack.
