damaged gasket
Since I do not do these kinds of things on regular basis, i stared by removing all the nuts first for fridge section which made the task difficult. For freezer, i just loosed the nuts enough to pull out the old gasket and to push in the new gasket. This made the job much easier than the refrigerator section. Having said that, I wish the p roduct was as good as customer service of this company. Customer service was just very polite, helpful, considerate and respectful. I even offered $10 to pronounce my name correctly but she did not take it. :-) Getting refund was no problem. The gasket is not of high quality, even the replacement one. I have stuck some rolled paper towels inside the gasket so that the gasket does its job. I should have not thrown out the old one until new one was satisfactory. So please learn from my mistakes. On the other hand if i have to buy a product again from here, i will.
