The washer would not spin and drain
The repair video did not match the model that I own, and I had to follow the screw patterns on the back of the control panel to take the panel off. I did not have to take the cover off the washer. My lid switch consisted of on plug in part, and not the assembly that is on the Part Select Video. The instructions on how to remove the o ld part were not in the package, so I had to google my model and I found a Maytag site that showed me how to do everything. Changing the part took only less than a minute, but trying to find all of the instructions took over an hour.
