Washer was not agitating at the right time, not rinsing at the right time, or on one cycle the tub was still full at the end.
The really difficult part was figuring out how to get the knob off on the front of the machine. Took me two days! My knob was not exactly like the one in this video, but find that crack to pop the lid! After that, this video reflects my experience exactly.
