Product Description

This electric water inlet valve controls water flow to the ice maker and dispenser in GE refrigerators. It replaces faulty valves that may cause no ice, no water, or unusual noises. Compatible with select models from GE and other brands, installation involves disconnecting power and water lines, removing clips, and securing the new valve. Model verification is recommended before purchase.

Went really well, took longer to get the refrigerator out then to fix it.
Shut the water off first, then unplugged the refrigerator. Took the old parts off and installed the new. Turned the water back on and plugged the refrigerator back in and checked to see if I solved the water issue. Everything worked fine. Unplugged the refrigerator and put everything back in place and put back to the wall. Was very happy with the parts, for me it was just plug and play. If I need parts again for another appliance I will use them again. Thanks for you help.
