Product Description

This triple water inlet valve is a genuine OEM replacement part for your washing machine. This inlet valve helps fill the washer with water during the wash cycle. If the machine is not filling or taking too long to fill, the inlet valve may need to be replaced. If you are not sure if the inlet valve is faulty, you can test it for continuity using a multimeter.

When washer was filling it was making a screeching noise and filling slowly, water also dropped into washer when it was off.
Turned off water,unplugged washer,took 4 screws out of the top of the control panel. Took water hoses off,unscrewed old water inlet valve. Unplugged electric connection to inlet valve. Installed new inlet valve, water hoses, electric connection to inlet valve. Turned water on,,plugged washed back into wall, started washer, checked for lea ks, installed control panel with 4 screws.

Water dripping from fill long after cycle ended
Disconnect power. Turn off water supply. Remove cold/hot water lines from washer. Remove four (4)Torx T-20 screws from control panel and lay panel down. Remove four (4) 1/4 head screws from top of rear panel (just gives extra room to replace water valve). Remove two (2) screws holding water valve in place with slotted screwdriver. W ith pliers, slide back the band securing the flex tube to the water outlet. Install new Triple Water Valve. Be careful, it seems everything metal is sharp in there!
