are part # 90569693-03 and 90569693-01 the same part and will either fit my pcc601 dril?

The part number listed for the black actuator is 90593143. Remove all small screws from body of the drill with small #1 Phillips head. Separate 4 small screws from the other longer screws and 1 longest screw near the base. You should blow out any dust or debris while drill casing is open. Insert replacement actuator and replace all screws.
