Product Description

This is a genuine OEM replacement lint filter for your dryer. If your lint filter has become damaged or is missing, it is important to replace it. The filter traps lint and prevents debris from entering your dryer vents. Running your dryer without a lint filter can cause your vents to become blocked, which decreases the efficiency of your dryer and is a fire hazard. Replacing this part is a very easy repair that does not require any tools. Simply lift the old filter out and replace it with the new lint filter.

Lint filter would not go back in after taking out to clean
This was the easiest find, order, receive and replace old worn out part. My Moms dryer is over 25 years old and a piece broke off the end of the filter. I found a new part on your site in a matter of minutes and a few days later I received it. It took me a moment to install your new part. The part was very old and had to be replaced with a replacement part.
Just made certain that the part ordered was compatible with the part from by dated Kenmore dryer. The person in your Parts Dept. accommodated me by insuring that the Model # was compatible with the replacement part and it was agreed upon. She shipped the part to me ASAP. I replaced it as soon as it arrived in the mail and it is wo rking like a charm.
