The old knob broke and you could not set the dial.
So easy!! Just snapped the parts together and placed the new knob on the dial. So easy and quick.

Couldn't find the correct timer position
I followed the instructions on the video. I took the plug out and stuck the screwdriver where the video said to and the skirt came loose and I put the new skirt on. The knob wouldn't go all the way on and I finally realized the video said to watch for a piece didn't come out with the old skirt. Sure enough, it was still on the shaft and I removed it and it slid right on the shaft.

Dial skirt on the dryer had broken
And was very difficult to make a selection of how long to set the dryer for the clothing within.Using the model number of the dryer, I looked up the part that was damaged and ordered it from this site.. I received the part within 3 business days and was back in business with my weekly washing chore. According to the instruction that accom pany the part I was able to switch out the damaged part with the new in a matter of minutes. I know my dryer was old in years but I just wasn't ready to give it up to something so simple to repair. Thank you for making available the part that I needed.
