VERY closely observed which side of seal (on old seal) faces out before & while removing old Door seal and exactly where the BOTTOM Door seal snaps into place on bottom of door before removing. Snapping a photo with phone may help for reference when installing new seal. Be sure new DOOR seal has equal amounts of ends left on both right &

Two problems encountered. Minor leak thru door gasket. Dishwasher would not turn off when door was opened.
Replaced door handle/switch and door gasket. Turned off power to dishwasher at main elec panel circuit breaker. Removed several screws around perimeter of inner door panel. Lifted inner door panel and noted position od existing switch. Taking a photo of existing condition is helpfull if you forget how it was installed. Removed door handl

e switch assembly and disconnected two wire connectors from each terminal with slight pry with screw driver. Installed new switch in same position as existing. Wire connections may be reconnected on either side. Placed inner door panel in position and reinstalled all screws. Removed lower ends of existing gasket and noted shape and position of how it was inserted in dishwasher recess. Installed new gasket in same position manner as old buy pressing into recess by hand. Some portions of the gasket tended to extract from recess. Kept pressing by hand to insure full install. Closed diswasher door and ran a rinse cycle to check for leaks. Opened door to check if dishwasher shuts off. All good except slight drip at lower corner of door. Pressed gasket I to recess more to seat. Continue rinse cycle test for leaks. All good. Closed door tight to allow door seal to set overnight to insure install in recess. Success!
