Top rack was dropping on the right side.
Followed instructions on the website. No tools required. Make sure top rack is empty. Pull the rack all the way out. Push the white plastic release buttons on each side inwards and remove them. Set them aside for later. Remove rack from machine and set on countertop. Remove old wheel if it has not already fallen off. Press new whe el in place on the split axle. Reassemble rack.

Wheel mounting strip was cracked and bent, fell out of track
Right track fell out of place. Most difficult part was removing the rack guide rail stops. Used screw driver to pry off. Once dish rack was removed, it was easy to remove the wheel mounting strip and replace it with the new one. Placed the rack back in the tracks and replaced the guide rail stops. Purchase new wheels but could have used e xisting ones. Took about 5 minutes. Rack moves smoothly now.

Rollers on both top and bottom rack were missing or broken
Simply put the parts on the appropriate racks. It took no more than five minutes. I was afraid that with the dishwasher being more than 13 years old I would have to replace the entire rack. SO happy with this repair!

Multiple plastic parts had deteriorated and just fell apart
Everything just went together without any tools or problems. We looked at the exploded diagram, found what we needed, ordered the parts, they arrived within 2 days of ordering and were all correct. I was impressed with this company and will not hesitate to recommend this site to our friends.
