Lower basket wheels were worn out through usage
Unhooked the old wheels and snapped in the new ones per the video on your website. The first one took 5-7 min. and the other two took 2 min. each.

Rollers on both top and bottom rack were missing or broken
Simply put the parts on the appropriate racks. It took no more than five minutes. I was afraid that with the dishwasher being more than 13 years old I would have to replace the entire rack. SO happy with this repair!
