This is a replacement spring plunger for your dishwasher. The spring is approximately 1 inch in length and is sold individually. The spring plunger helps your door latch correctly, and if the spring is missing or damaged, you can experience a door latch failure, and your dishwasher may not start. Peeps Once A Minute And Pot/Pans Light Blinks
Problem indicated that it was a door lock problem. When I removed the the inner panel screws to get to the switch. Found cover warped. I replace the switch, plunger, spring and cover. Reinstalled inner panel turned power breaker back on. Still have a non working dishwasher with the same problem. Now with the new cover the new plunge r sticks. It seems the the housing the switch, spring sits in is also warped and is non replaceable. So before ordering parts make sure that housing is not warped first.

INTERLOCK - DISHWASHER WOULD NOT START
VERY EASY REPAIR. BY USING THE "FIND PARTS BY SYMPTOMS" I WAS ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM WITH MY DISHWASHER AND ORDER THE RIGHT PARTS TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE % GUIDE IS REALLY HELPFUL AS WELL AS THE VIDEOS. WILL KEEP COMING BACK FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.
