Tube seal replacement.
Although the new tube seal fixed the problem there were a few issues. The instruction video showed the gaskets easily coming off and making them reusable. My compressor had been remanufactured, which I wasn’t aware of and someone used sealant on the gaskets. I was able to get them off with a razor blade but it’s really not the best thing to do. I don’t believe the gaskets are working properly now as a result. If I had to do over I’d have ordered a gasket kit as well. Second, the new tube seal was not as flexible as the video showed and I thought I would break it in half installing. Lastly, items were sent USPS and although scheduled to arrive on Tuesday didn’t get until Friday. Unreliable postal service. I will still purchase from Fix though because their pricing is very fair.
