The primary purpose of the Flav-R-Wave is to protect your burners from food and debris, as well as to provide that smoky BBQ flavor by creating smoke when drippings fall on them. The dimensions of this part are 15.87" x 5.8", and it should be replaced when it begins to show signs of wear or damage. It is sold individually, made of porcelain-coated steel, and should be cleaned regularly. It may also be referred to as a Heat Diffuser, Heat Plate, Heat Tent, Flame Tamer, or a Heat Sheild.

This is an authentic OEM supplied replacement part that is specially made for Broil-Mate gas grills. The purpose of an electrode is to provide the spark that ignites the gas. If the burner won\'t light, first clean the electrode and check that it\'s aligned. If the problem persists, replace the igniter electrode. Please note one durable metal and ceramic electrode is included per order.

This replacement ignitor assembly is a genuine Broil-Mate part. It is specially sourced from original equipment manufacturer for use with gas grills. Igniter makes ignition process simple and safe by producing the spark to ignite the burner with only a push of a button. It has a plastic body and it is sold individually. Please note, it does require a "AAA" battery which is sold separately. Replacing this ignitor is an easy task that does not require any tools. • Unplug the wires from the old ignition module • Unscrew the button that holds it to the unit • Place a new module in place • Install a "AAA" battery and secure the module with the button • Re-connect the wires

The heat dispersion plates completely rusted out did that there was basically 4 hotspots on the grill.
Step 1: Removed rusted out plates and cleaned grill.
