Broken inner pane of glass in oven door
We were able to take the door apart by removing the screws and lifting the inner part away, exposing the broken glass. Replaced the glass and put it all back together. There are several videos on You Tube available, but we didn't have to refer to them. Very successful! Read more...

This 3400-watt bake element has screw style connections. The bake element is located on the bottom of the oven cavity and supplies the heat for baking. If your oven is not heating evenly, element will not heat, or there is little to no heat when baking, you may need to replace the element. When replacing the element make sure to hold the wires forward so the wires do not fall back through the rear of the oven. This is a genuine OEM bake element. Please remember to disconnect the power to your range before you start your repair.

This is a temperature sensor for a range. The sensor is what detects the temperature inside the oven and is often replaced when the oven is having heating issues. Please note that the wire connector may be different from the original; if this applies to your part, cut the quick connect and wire together with porcelain wire nuts. For this DIY repair, you will need a Number 2 Phillips or Number 2 square-head screwdriver and possibly wire strippers. Make sure to disconnect the power before installing this part. You will need to pull the range from the cabinet to gain access to this part from the back of the unit.

Oven not heating to the set temperature
Suspected sensor based on above problem. The biggest problem was not knowing how hard it would be to get the built-in oven from its slot. Once it moved an inch, it was easy. The sensor inside the oven is a little hard to access because of the oven door. I would recommend a magnetic screw driver to make it easy to hold the sensor screws and allow reaching in the oven with one hand. Read more...

This hidden bake element is an essential heating component located beneath the oven floor panel, providing consistent heat for baking, roasting, and warming. Designed with a durable ceramic sheath to protect the heating coil, it ensures reliable performance and even temperature distribution. The element measures approximately 13 to 13.3 inches in width and 11 inches in depth, making it a perfect fit for standard oven cavities. If your oven is producing little or no heat, baking unevenly, or showing visible damage such as cracks or blistering, replacing the bake element can restore optimal functionality. Installation is straightforward—simply disconnect power, remove the floor panel, and replace the element with the new one.

If it is time for a new water filter in your refrigerator, swapping out this genuine OEM part is an easy job. The filter is found at the front, top right corner in your fridge. Simply press the release button in the corner to remove the old filter. Remove the protective end caps from your new filter before inserting it into the holder. Once it has clicked into place, you can then prime the filter by running water through the dispenser for about three minutes. You can reset the indicator light by pressing and holding for 3-10 seconds once you have finished swapping out the filter. Your water filter should be replaced about every six months, or once 200 gallons of water have been used. The filter helps to reduce chemicals and impurities in your water, such as lead or herbicides.
