Broken inner pane of glass in oven door
We were able to take the door apart by removing the screws and lifting the inner part away, exposing the broken glass. Replaced the glass and put it all back together. There are several videos on You Tube available, but we didn't have to refer to them. Very successful! Read more...

This convection fan blade is designed for use with various makes and models of range and oven and is sold as an individual part. Made of metal and measuring approximately 4.75-inches in diameter, this genuine OEM fan blade works with the convection motor to circulate and distribute heat evenly throughout the oven. If your oven is not getting hot enough or the heat is not circulating properly, or if the fan blade in your oven has become warped, damaged, or chipped, it needs to be replaced immediately. To replace the fan blade, disconnect your range from the power and locate the fan assembly. With the appropriate screwdriver and wrench, remove any assembly covers and the securing nut from the blade. Once the nut is removed, install the new blade and secure it and re-install the cover.
Temperature Sensor

This is a temperature sensor for a range. The sensor is what detects the temperature inside the oven and is often replaced when the oven is having heating issues. Please note that the wire connector may be different from the original; if this applies to your part, cut the quick connect and wire together with porcelain wire nuts. For this DIY repair, you will need a Number 2 Phillips or Number 2 square-head screwdriver and possibly wire strippers. Make sure to disconnect the power before installing this part. You will need to pull the range from the cabinet to gain access to this part from the back of the unit.

Oven not heating to the set temperature
Suspected sensor based on above problem. The biggest problem was not knowing how hard it would be to get the built-in oven from its slot. Once it moved an inch, it was easy. The sensor inside the oven is a little hard to access because of the oven door. I would recommend a magnetic screw driver to make it easy to hold the sensor screws and allow reaching in the oven with one hand. Read more...

This hidden bake element is an essential heating component located beneath the oven floor panel, providing consistent heat for baking, roasting, and warming. Designed with a durable ceramic sheath to protect the heating coil, it ensures reliable performance and even temperature distribution. The element measures approximately 13 to 13.3 inches in width and 11 inches in depth, making it a perfect fit for standard oven cavities. If your oven is producing little or no heat, baking unevenly, or showing visible damage such as cracks or blistering, replacing the bake element can restore optimal functionality. Installation is straightforward—simply disconnect power, remove the floor panel, and replace the element with the new one.
