This OEM door mullion spring is found in French door style refrigerators, and is used to apply tension between components in the fridge doors. LEFT SIDE DOOR FLAP WOULD NOT TURN IN WHEN CLOSING

Step 1: Opened up beer and drank a couple times.
Step 2: Put in spring at top end and tried to insert into bottom end. That did not work so I finished my beer and opened up another one! Put spring in at bottom, then inserted into top and it went it perfectly. Closed door and it closed properly. Drank some beer and opened and close door praising myself for fixing it myself. My Hinge broke on the mullian strip between the French doors on my Samsung fridge

Open left door remove 2 phillips screws and slide the mullian strip up and then you will have access to unplug the electrical connector on it. I would recommend letting the mullian strip get to room temperature before separating it, you will also need a small flat blade screwdriver or pick to remove the caps that allow you access to remove the hinges.
