Lost freezer key and door was locked and frozen from the inside
The key would not work, but unplugged the freezer and moved it outside where it could thaw out. After the freezer thawed out, the door could move and the key could then turn the latch. When we moved the freezer and jiggle it from side to side, it also loosened up the door.

Defrost Timer require more triming than showed on Parts Select to fit my bracket
I followed installation video. My freezer defrost timer required a lot of triming to fit my bracket, but it worked great. My advise to repair is replace all 4 items at once to save time and money for freight.

Broken door handle
This is very easy to replace I started with the door molding.. about 1 inch down from the top of the door molding you can slide your tool behind the molding and it pops off. Then slide the molding upward . Repeat the same action for the bottom molding.. now the screws are revealed and you can remove them. Now time to replace the door handle and follow your steps backwards and you're done.. thank you .......by Jeff

(New gasket was placed in bathtub of warm water, prior to installation)Step 1: Unplugged unit.
Step 2: Removed old gasket, from the top first, down halfway of the door.

freezer ran all the time
The repair is pretty straight forward check video with this site . If your fan is working do not replace it, that was not the problem that was suggested. The thermostat sensor solved the problem.

Refrigerator stopped working

System would not cool
Went to your site and found the suggested problem. Ordered the parts. The diagram did not show the location of the Defrost timer on my unit. I had to call your service desk which was very helpful. the timer is located underneath the cabinet on the left hand side behind the leg/roller support. Once located it was a piece of cake. Unit works great now.
