Flow meter Turbine was broken
Turned off water supply, Drained off water pressure in system, Removed bypass manifold clips removed manifold, removed old part, inserted new part, put touch of Silicone grease on O rings reassembled manifold and clips, turned on water, Done.

by pass was leaking
Turn off the water. Loosen the connections to the pipes with the channel lock pliers. Take the old clips off. Make sure you order new clips, the old ones will break getting them off. Disconnect the overflow hose on top. Pull the old part off. Reassemble in the reverse order. Very easy job. Do not overtighten the connections, you will break them, just snug them up. Check for leaks.
