machine wobbled violently
followed video instruction that came with part. Previously watched youtube video (there are several, the low production videos are well worth viewing over the professional types). It was a breeze, other than the videos saying one person could do all four. When you get to the last rod, it is more difficult to lift the tub to insert the final rod in the round holder. I asked my wife for assistance.

Washer was making an awful screeching noise when agitating
I turned off and disconnected the water lines (have a bucket ready) and tipped the washer on its back. I followed along with the provided video that was super helpful. Disconnecting, moving the washer, and reconnecting everything took longer than the repair. Very satisfied with this repair!

Washer wasn’t spinning fast enough to get the water out and it had a slight burning electrical smell.
I simply followed your clutch drive repair video on YouTube, that wasn’t the problem so I replaced the motor… remove the cover that goes over the drive belt by taking out the two screws, remove the belt, unplug the wire connector going to the motor and remove the two bolts that hold it up and it falls right into your hand. Then reverse the process and that’s it. Very easy repair.

Rinse cycle kept repeating, did not spin clothes
Spin indicator light was illuminated but machine was repeating rinse cycle rather than spinning water out of clothes. Replaced the pulley and drive coupler, thinking there was a mechanical problem. Video instructions were great but old pulley and drive coupler looked perfect so replacing them did nothing. Next I replaced the washer actuator (shifter), thinking that was the reason for no high speed spin. Easy job, as shown in the video, but it also did nothing. The problem turned out to be a failure in the control panel, probably resulting from years of vibration. Decided to stop chasing my tail and bought a new washer.

Washer would not agitate or spin and took over 2 hours to go through all cycles.
Started by replacing the lid latch assembly but this did not fix the problem. Parts Select representative suggested replacing the drive pulley clutch assembly. I order this and a new shift actuator. Had difficulty installing the new black shift actuator as it has a different electrical connection location from the original red part. The plug on the existing wiring harness would not reach the socket on the new black shift actuator. I had to remove the socket from the new black actuator casing so the plug would reach the socket. Washer is now working.
