washer wouldn't go in the spin cycle-
Pulled washer from back of wall and disconnected power source. I removed three screws in back that houses the ol motor control board. Also, I had to pull the front control knob off so that I could lift the cover to expose control board. I took several pictures of the motor control board before unplugging the wires just in case I forgot where the wires needed to go. Very simple process and had machine working within 15 minutes.

Softener Dispenser Popped Up During The Spin Cycle And The Softner Container Broke Against The Lid.
1) I cleaned out the top cavity of the agitator. 2) The new softener assembly just snaps in place when seated all the way down. Easy.
