Powers on but no start.
For model number WTW7500GC2
Hi James,
Thank you for your question. If your washer will not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the lid lock latch, the electronic control board and the motor rotor and stator. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts and some others as well. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

replaced drain hose that was missing
slipped the new drain hose on and with locking plyers slipped the wire clap in place after three trys

Washer plate replacement
As women, myself and my daughter completed this fairly simple repair. The replacement washer plate was top quality and included the washplate replacement screw. Additionally, we purchased a tube of lock tight to further secure bolt placement. The most difficult part of the repair is to disengage old screw and securely replace with new one
