Washing machine was leaking
Wow! My husband and I researched the problem online and ordered the part after reading from others how to take the machine apart. We are very unhandy, so we felt quite an accomplishment fixing the drain hose with rubber elbow ourselves! Thank you for the diagrams that so clearly showed the part we needed to order.

The hot water would not turn off.
I read everyone else's stories and tried this for myself. I am by no means a handy person. This was extremely easy and took me about 10 minutes. I would suggest to everyone to try this for themselves if they have the same problem as I did. Anyone can do this.

Blades broke from agitator
Parts where in, in a timely manner. I remover the fabric softener cup on top of agitator. User a 1/2 inch socket and a 3/8 ratchet with an 8 inch extension to remove the center nut. Popped the agitator out. Installed in reverse order, only tightening the nut slightly. The install went just like the video. Thanks much.

No hot water being drawn in.
Just as everyone else explained, disconnect power and water supply, lift top of machine to get to part, disconnect old part and replace exactly with new, hook water and power supply back up and you're done. I was pleased and proud to have done it under 30 minutes (girl power!!) and that included start to finish.

drain hose had a hole near wall drain.
The new hose was exactly like the one I removed. It was simply a matter of putting the new hose through the back, replacing the hose clamp, take the piece off the old hose that makes the bend in the hose to go in the wall drain. Replace the lower front panel with two screws and I was done.
