Washing machine was leaking
Wow! My husband and I researched the problem online and ordered the part after reading from others how to take the machine apart. We are very unhandy, so we felt quite an accomplishment fixing the drain hose with rubber elbow ourselves! Thank you for the diagrams that so clearly showed the part we needed to order.

Spin cycle became very loud
The instructions included were very good. The biggest problem I ran into was removing the inner tub from off the hub. Using PB Blaster was the trick there, but still took some effort to finally pry it lose without damage. The hub screwed right off after and removing the Triple Lip Seal was easy enough with screw drivers. Cleaned things up and replaced it by gently tapping around it to seat it evenly. Reassembly also went well, but I DO HAVE a story. Being as careful as I thought I could be, I still somehow broke the outer tub. I read about others experience, buying and using JB Weld WaterWeld to fix it. Now the washer is so quiet again that you have to look into the drain tub to see if it is spinning. AWESOME

Skips rinse and spin cycle.
This washer is about 7 years old and is used 3 times a week. The machine would skip the rinse and spin cycle and would leave cloths in soapy wash water. The repair was simple and easy. Unplug unit from wall recepticle, remove the 3 screws from top of control panel, pop off the control dial, slide control panel assembly out at each end, unplug timer wire harness, unscrew timer set screw, remove old timer, install new timer, replace set screw, reconnect wire harness and reassemble control panel. Plug back in and your done. This washer works like new again and runs great.
