Washer would not start
Very easy, and simple. Replaced part that was sent. It was a simple process, open control panel, unplug machine. Unscrewed the old part, attached the new part and starting working right away. I am very impressed with this company and the speed they shipped the parts. Will continue to use if needed and tell everyone about this site.

Washer just stopped within a wash cycle.
I called a local repair service and they wanted 95 bucks for the first 30 minuets. Any thing over that was an additional 45 bucks per half hour, plus parts. Since the washer was 19 years old I thought it would cost around 300 big ones to get it repaird. We could buy a new similar model for about 550 bucks so I said, what the heck. I'll invest the 18 bucks to see if this 80 year old can fix it. The repair instruction I read on your on line were perfect. FIXED IN ABOUT 20 MINUETS.Installed the lid switch, saved a bundle and maybe another 19 years on the washer. Thanks a bunch. Walt Apple Valley Mn

Machine turned on and filled, then nothing
Started with removing 4 screws on the top of the control panel. Once open, I found the schematic taped to the top. I traced the wires and found the 2 wires to test. I unplugged them and attached the jumper wire. Turn on machine and it worked. Ordered the part( it came in in about 3 days. First disconnect the power. The micro switch is mounted with 2 screws, remove these and as you disconnect the wires , attach them to the new switch, put it back in place and reattach the screws. Test .

We misplaced the fabric softener dispenser.
We promptly received the part and easily installed it with no tools. We had an excellent experience. We found the old fabric softener dispenser after installing the new one. Now, we have two.

Washer would not start
I guessed that the lid switch was bad based on internet information that suggested that cause of the problem. I confirmed this by disconnecting 2 wires to switch and taping them together to bypass the switch. Wiring diagram was available. Washer worked that way so I ordered a new switch which arrived within 22 hours, regular shipping.

Washing machine filled up, then stopped working
This website is GREAT! I found the part by looking up the symptoms, and once on the page for the lid repair switch, I found several folks with the exact same problem. This was such an easy fix. I waited for the part to come in, and once I had it in my hands, simply unplugged the machine, took out the 4 screws holding the control panel in place, and then took out the 1 screw holding the lid switch in place and replace it! It was really that simple! The machine works perfectly again. Worth every penny! One thing, the old part is black, and the new one is white, so it takes a moment to find it.

Washer would fill but not agitate or spin.
Correctly diagnosed that it was the lid check switch that wasn't working. Ordered the part and when it came it took 5 minutes to change out. Very easy and works fine.

Washer would not drain.
After troubleshooting the drain system and my plumbing, I read online that it could be the open door switch. Part select agreed and I ordered the part. Their handy troubleshooting guide was helpful. The part came a few days later, and I easily replaced it. Has been working for two weeks and running.

Washer would fill with water then do nothing
I'm not a professional repair person, so diagnosis was more difficult than this repair was. A little research online and some smart investigation(and by smart I mean unplugging the washer before taking the access panel off); resulted in a less than $30 repair - compared to what would have been close to a $150 technicians visit and repair! Simply unplug the washer, unscrew the access panel, unscrew the lid check switch, screw in the new switch, put the panel back on, plug the washer in, and start the wash cycle. Seriously, less than 15 minutes!

Blown fuse two or three times. Then water filled the tank and then just stopped.
Drained the tank. Pulled the front cover of washer. Pulled the lower cover of dryer. Pulled the top cover of washer. Pulled the mounting case for switch. Pulled the wires to switch. Pulled the switch. Installed switch and reversed the steps in order.
