was not agititing properly
I noticed the problem and went on-line to PartSelect.com. When I entered the make and model # a part list and diagram came up. I clicked on the part I needed and there was a vidio on how to replace this part. After I watched how to do the repair I ordered the part with my credit card. It came the next day. I couldn't believe it I saw the problem found the part and had it repaired in 24hrs. Thank You PartSelect

Agitator in washer not working-not circulating clothes
I followed the diagram and instructions included in the kit. I removed the plastic cover on the agitator, then another plastic cap inside the agitator. loosened a 7/16 bolt-removed agitator from washer. After removing agitator, Directional cogs and gear assembly inside agitator removes easily-pull out or turn upside down. Re-assembly was easy-almost fool proof . Using the instructions and diagram included with Directional cog package made it a snap.

Top agitator stop turning / broken cogs ( 4 )
Took off top cap of agitator then removed cover that is over the bolt that holds the agitator to the shaft.
With a rachet and extension & 7/16 socket and holding bottom of agitator still so the bolt could be broken loose then holding only the top of agitator to
loosen the bolt the rest of the way. It had been in for
so long the bottom of the agitator had to be broken loose and then the top of the agitator came off like it
was suppose to. Then I took out the gear that has the Agitator Directional Cogs attached to it and took
out the old COGS and replace them with new COGS. Held the top of the agitator upside and put
the gear with the new COGS. So the cogs wouldn't fall out and slide the gear into place and then turned the agitator right side up & put it back on the
washer Machine. Had to use pliers to hold the bolt
straight to line it up and put the bolt in place then
tighten bolt job is complete.

Noisy operation. Sound of plastic gear trying to engage
popped out the top (softener cup) opened the nut with a 7/16 wrench with an extension. The agitator assembly popped out then the plastic clip was removed upside down because there you get to replace the Cogs.

top agitator barely turns during wash
My top agitator didn't turn much during the wash cycle, but would turn rather freely by hand. I watched the video (Steve's). When I removed the fabric softener cup I could see that the dogs' "teeth" were worn off. That was the problem. I ordered the dogs (under $20, shipped). I borrowed an extension for my socket set, and that's all I needed.
Hint: I rinsed the cap-and-seal assembly with warm water to loosen the soap/softener that had stuck it in place, dried it, then I removed it just by pulling it up. The bolt was pretty tight and I had to hold the lower agitator in place while loosening the bolt. My washer differed slightly from the one in the video: the retainer for the dogs was under the top agitator so lining everything up after replacing the dogs was a little trickier, but still no big deal. The repair took about 15 minutes. I'm a do-it-yourself woman, but I'd never repaired the washer before. The video was very helpful.

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you
